Is insurance included?
If you already have your own rideshare insurance, you're welcome to use it. If you don't, no problem — we have a couple of options available to get you properly covered before you hit the road. Just let us know when you apply and we'll walk you through what works best for your situation.
What happens if the car breaks down?
Text us immediately at (972) 922-4643. We handle all mechanical issues and routine maintenance — oil changes, tires, and repairs are on us. You won't be left stranded.
Can I use the car for DoorDash, Instacart, or Amazon Flex?
Yes. The vehicle can be used for any gig platform — Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, Amazon Flex, and more. The only requirement is that it stays in the Greater Houston area.
What if I miss a payment?
We'll send you a reminder text before your due date. If you're going to be late, just text us — we work with our renters. A late fee applies after 48 hours past due, but communication goes a long way.
How fast can I get approved and pick up a car?
Most applicants hear back the same day. Once approved, you sign the rental agreement online, receive your payment link, and we schedule a quick meetup for vehicle inspection and key handoff — often within 24 hours.
Do I need a deposit or good credit?
No deposit and no credit check. We look at your driving record and gig platform activity — not your credit score.
